Fort Bliss got into the spirit of Halloween on Tuesday with costumes, trick-or-treating and lots of candy. Hundreds of costumed children and their parents hit Sheridan Road and other spots on post to redeem their due treats in exchange for a dearth of tricks. Others spent the day in costume at work or school.
